Springers Creek Winery wants to provide you with exceptional service, so the following agreement and information has been established to help ensure that your function will run as smooth as possible. Please call with any questions; we want to make your event a special occasion that will be enjoyable for you as well as your guests.

1. SCW is a non-smoking facility.
2. Children must be adequately supervised at all times.
3. SCW's liquor license does not permit outside alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the premises whether by our patrons or their guests. We reserve the right to inspect all coolers.
4. SCW reserves the right to deny service to a person under the influence of alcohol. In accordance with the Illinois State Law, alcoholic beverages will not be sold to anyone under the age of 21 year.
5. No decoration to be hung on walls or ceiling.
6. No tacks, nails or tape are allowed on walls.
7. The use of the winery is not exclusive. Other winery customers may be on site during your event.

RENTAL INFO: The rental fee of our Lincoln House is $175 for 4 hours. PLEASE CALL to reserve at least 10 days in advance. This includes complimentary wine tastings. If you would like a bar in the Lincoln House, a $25 set-up fee is required.

We offer seating for 40 inside our Lincoln House.

A deposit of $75 is required to confirm reservation. The balance is payable the night of the event.

• The deposit should be received no later than 10 days after your reservation is made. If deposit is not received within the required time frame, SCW has the right to cancel your reservation and book your space.
• Checks should be made payable to Springers Creek Winery, Cash, Visa or Master Card accepted.
• All beverages to be consumed must be purchased from Springers Creek Winery.

BAR OPTIONS:

• Cash Bar
• Open Bar
• Wine poured by the glass will be billed by the glass.
• Bottles of wine can be set up for you and your guests, billed by the bottle.
• All beverage purchases for an open bar are subject to a 15% gratuity.
• Beer is available at a cost of $3.00 (domestic) and $4.00 (Premium).
• The bar bill will be figured the night of the event. Full payment is due night of event. A credit card must be submitted before the event to pay the bar bill for an open bar at the end of the evening.
• You may also purchase bottles of wine from our tasting room to be set up for you and your guests.
